- Absentee ballots must be voted and returned to the County by 5
p.m. on the Friday before the election -- Ballots received after
this time, but before the close of the polls on election day, will
be counted for Federal offices only.
- If an elector becomes becomes physically ill or disabled or who
is called out of the county because of business or occupational
duties, he or she may apply for an absentee ballot by executing an
emergency application as late as 5 p.m. on the Friday before the
election.
